Is there a known way to remove that second windows boot manager from the bios menu (see pictures) ? Having that prompt is kinda dangerous as users will press "enter" because it's written, and therefore starts a clean install on their computer. This then goes thru the cycle, Ipv4 wich prompts users to wait 10 seconds (or press enter to start on ipv4 link), IPv5 wich does nothing, then boot on the right Windows Boot manager. The issue i'm having is quite simple, when i do a clean install of a computer, it sometimes create a second "Windows boot maanger" and when i run my exe to order the boot, it doesn't always put the working one in first, it seems to randomly select one of the 2 available. And the it also orders the boot to put "Windows boot manager" in first, then IPV4, IPV6 and then the rest. To be simple, I created a Dell exe file thru Dell Command configure (their tool to create bios param exe) that is deployed on every machine in my parc and changes a few key parameters that we need in a specific value.
